Accepting the Terms of Service:
By creating a board, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions at all times and to any changes made to these terms thereafter.
Furthermore, you are required to follow any additional temporary or long-term notice and rule in the support forum.
The Service:
GreatBoard provides its services as-is without any guarantees. You agree that GreatBoard may add or change service limitations at any time, with or without notice.
Prohibited Content:
- Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene
- Viruses or any other harmful computer software
- Spam
- Gambling or Illicit drugs
- Terrorism
- Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
- Hacking materials or information.
Content monitoring :
GreatBoard reserves the right to check any board at any time for breach of this agreement. During this monitoring period you will not be able to log into your forum as Administrator.
Rights to Posted Content:
You grant GreatBoard the right to publish and store any content uploaded to GreatBoard.com.
Enforcement:
GreatBoard reserves the right to access any area of any board, and edit, delete, or restrict access to any Content/account/board or services as enforcement of the rules and Terms of Service.
Advertisements:
Greatboard relies on advertisements to maintain its free service. Any attempt to get rid off the ads will result in your forum immediately deleted.
You are not allowed to display any paid advertisements on your forum, including banners, popups of all kinds and contextual ads. Any forum found displaying these ads will be immediately deleted.
Banner exchange/affiliate programs are allowed, but you mustn't display more than 1 spot of size less than 768x80. Scrolling, rotating multiple banners in the same banner spot is allowed.
Termination of the Service:
GreatBoard may delete your board, or your account, ban your email address, username, IP Address or remove/change any Content from any board or from your account, without notice or compensation. Your account or board may be deleted for any violation of the Terms of Service, or for any reason deemed necessary, without prior notice or explaination
Particularly, forums will be deleted if
- There is no new post for 100 days
- Not setup 30 days after registered
- Administrator account is not logged in for 100 days

Modification of the Terms of Service:
GreatBoard reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and you are bound to those terms the since the moment it is posted if you continue to use our services.
